The New England Bonsai Gardens Fall Member’s show was held this Saturday, September 8th 2012. I am working part time on the weekends at the nursery and was there to help set up. Overall I thought the show was pretty good, plenty of trees and a nice day full of nice people. The show featured a table full of trees from the Cape Cod Bonsai club. One of Nick Lenz’s more famous trees, a blue atlas cedar, was also brought for display.
I unfortunately wasn’t around for most of the festivities (working in the nursery) but was able to snap some pictures as the judges were judging the entries. I’m not sure who the winners were but I’m sure they will be posted on the New England Bonsai website. Judges were Nick Lenz, Colin Lewis, and John Romano.
